These have become a part of my daily routine now—especially after exercise—so I decided to buy a whole box of Citrus Salt, which is now my favourite flavour. The taste may take a bit of getting used to (it's SALTY!), but they're certainly very refreshing, and the science behind it seems sound. I'll be ordering more!

I got the Pink Grapefruit flavoured tea temples, and they make a lovely, refreshing cold tea. I liked being able to make a whole bottleful and sipping it throughout the day. Zero caffeine is also nice, as you can drink it as late as you want!

This has been my favourite after workout protein source for last couple of years and I love it. Easy to mix in a shaker and tastes great. After every hard workout this really helps me to recover better and be ready for next days session.

Tasty and energetic

These electrolyte capsules are my go to before/after big sweaty sessions. They really help replace important lost nutrients. I also pop one if I feel a headache coming on in Singapore (usually a sign of dehydration for me)
